Who are we?

Buses Worldwide is an international association of people interested in bus operations and manufacturers in all parts of the world. We are semi-professional in that our membership includes people who work in the transport industry for operators and vehicle manufacturers, in government, consumer or interest groups, are journalists or consultants, or are simply interested lay persons.

Hello there everyone!

Its been a little while since there was an update to the site, so here is the latest news and proposed up and coming developments:

* We are still trying to push ahead with PayPal: We apologise for the delay in getting this facility up and running, but there have been a few unexpected teething problems which we hope to iron out in the next couple of weeks.
* The addition of a utility that permits anyone and everyone to add bus related events around the world is in currently in development, this is very close to going live in the next couple of weeks
* Requests have come in for a top ten most popular list of pictures, this shall be in place in the coming week, along with a facility to browse the most recently uploaded pictures as well.
* The former system of contact was not working as well as I had hoped, so it has been amended generate e-mail directly from the site. To contact us, please use this form instead.
* Work has begun on a facility to upload fleet lists directly to the site. Keep your eyes peeled!

In the meantime, we hope you continue to enjoy making use of the new site.

Our Magazine

We publish a full-colour bi-monthly illustrated magazine which covers news and features about buses from countries in all continents, which is now in full colour.

We organise meetings and international visits, for example recent years trips have included Cuba, India, Italy and the Baltic's.

Members can join our exclusive Yahoo! Group to share news and discuss issues of international interest.
