British Buses Abroad
British Buses Abroad
British Buses Abroad was launched in April 2009 and looks at British built buses outside of the UK, be it ones that were new to operators overseas, or were new to UK operators and then sold for further use outside of the UK.
Issue 1 was published in April 2009, with issue 2 following in September 2009. Going forward issue 3 will appear in December 2009, with issue 4 onwards then every three months.
The magazine is edited by Paul Bateson, himself a "Brit Abroad," who has lived in Canada for over 30 years. He is well known to many through his British Buses Abroad yahoo groups. Paul worked for many years at Brampton Transit and now he can be found during the summer driving Routemasters for Double Deck Tours around the Niagara Falls area.
